Recipes for our distinctive hard apple ciders were handed down from generation to generation from the elusive Appalachian Wyiles of the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. Hand crafted from fresh pressed apples, fermented with proprietary yeasts, and then aged for 6 to 12 months before being blended with natural flavors, back sweetened, pasteurized and bottled for joyous consumption.
